Joel Calfee is the assistant editor for Harper's Bazaar, where he covers all things celebrity news and pop culture, while also acting as a chief member of the social media team. Previously, he was the associate editor for news and entertainment at PureWow. When he steps away from the keyboard, you can likely find him singing loudly at concerts, scavenging thrift stores for flirty wardrobe staples, or perusing bookstores for the next great gay romance novel. Katie Connor is the executive digital director at W magazine and formerly oversaw all digital content for ELLE. Maura Johnston is a writer and academic who lives in Boston. A contributor to the Boston Globe and an adjunct professor at Boston College, she has also written for Rolling Stone, Vulture, and Time. She has DJed at Fenway Park and on various college radio stations throughout the U.S., and she's seen Ariana in concert three times. Lisa Whittington-Hill Lisa Whittington-Hill is a writer based in Toronto. Her work has appeared in Longreads, The Walrus, Hazlitt, Catapult, The Globe and Mail and more.
