His research interests encompass fish biology, fisheries, and aquaculture, with a primary focus on understanding how fish respond to urgent environmental challenges such as rising temperatures and CO2 induced ocean acidification. Dr. Das's research plays a pivotal role in shaping critical management decisions, ensuring the sustainability of aquatic populations amidst unprecedented changes.
