Author Information

Ulf Franke has been active in international arbitration for more than forty years. He was Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) from 1975 to 2010, and Chairman from 2013 to 2015. From 1994 to 2004 he was also Secretary General of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), and from 2001 to 2009 President of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI). In addition Mr. Franke has served as an independent international arbitrator. Annette Magnusson Annette Magnusson is Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) since 2010. She joined SCC from Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyra, Stockholm, and before that Baker & McKenzie in Sweden. Annette Magnusson is the author and editor of several publications on international arbitration, a frequent lecturer and a dedicated thought leader.
