Caroline Siegel studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Hamburg (Bucerius Law School) und Paris (Sorbonne-Panthéon). Nach dem Referendariat in Koblenz, Frankfurt und Düsseldorf absolvierte sie ein LL.M.-Studium an der Universität zu Köln.
