Author Information

Der Autor: Hans Christian Lohmann wurde am 15. 3. 1976 in Würselen geboren. Er studierte von 1995 bis 2000 Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Würzburg. Nach dem Ersten Staatsexamen begann der Autor im Frühjahr 2000 mit dem Promotionsvorhaben zum Thema «Arbeit und Arbeitsentlohnung des Strafgefangenen» und schloss es im Februar 2002 mit der mündlichen Doktorprüfung ab. Seit August 2001 ist er Rechtsreferendar in Hamburg.
