Today, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) impacts every sector of human endeavour and even it becomes a key component in the infrastructure development in every sector be it education, health, business, economics, trade and commerce, social, communication, transportation, tourism, governance of a country, etc. Even in the present knowledge-based society where access to information is the key to development in any sector, information and communication technology plays a crucial role.
