Well, Bite Your Tongue is open in Charlotte under the leadership of Chef Martine Courtney Clark. BYT has reopened as a ghost kitchen concept in The City Kitchen - West End location. The taste of N'awlins is available for take-out, deliver or dine in and there is a 16 seat room with tables and chairs. BYT also offers catering for many events large or small.
