An avid college sports fan, proud Florida State University graduate and someone who believes in the value of higher education, Fred Maglione spent thousands of hours reading children's books to his two boys. Whether they were reading classics or newly published works, most books were good. However, they did not provide an opportunity to share an experience as thrilling as the collegiate atmosphere. After spending more than 25 years as a lawyer, leading SaaS B2B software companies and running and advising nonprofit organizations, Fred founded Campus Stripes and launched his book series to entertain, inspire and connect children and parents with the campuses and alma maters they cherish.
