Anywhere But Here, Anyone But You is a novel in verse, a love story written in 144 poems. Every night, Bethany wanders her small town to avoid her father's drunken rages. She's one short summer away from escaping for good, and nothing is getting in her way. That is, until she finds herself trespassing at Wells Ranch, home of the famous Jason Wells, in the middle of the night to win a bet. Jason is everything you'd expect from a small town ranch owner-the hat, the boots, the godforsaken belt buckle. Bethany doesn't have time for cocky cowboys.
