Nicoletta Diasio is anthropologist and sociologist, professor at the University of Strasbourg and UMR CNRS 7367 Dynamiques Européennes, senior member of the Institut Universitaire de France. Her research focus on food practices, body, age transitions, gender and health. She is the scientific director of Revue des Sciences Sociales. Marie-Pierre Julien is a lecturer of anthropology and sociology at the University of Lorraine, member of the EA 2L2S and associate of the UMR CNRS 7367 Dynamiques Européennes de Strasbourg. Her researches concern the anthropology of the material cultures, the bodies and the food practices.
