Anthology of Poetry and Faery Lore.

Overview

Faeries have been written about all over the world for thousands of years. Poets wrote poems about them, Dramatists wrote plays about them, and Artists painted them yet despite this some people still deny their existence. Well, it's not my job to try and change their mind. This book is written for those who do believe because you are the ones far more likely to have encounters with them, Sir Arthur Connal Doyle and his friend Harry Houdini travelled from London all the way to Cottingley in the wilds of Yorkshire to see them.W B Yeats did see them and told the world about them in his poetry. Because faeries can be very easily offended over imagined insults, I wrote this book as a faery manual, on how to behave if you are in their company. It also contains some channeled wisdom from my own Sidhe guide.I hope you enjoy it.

Author Information

My real name is not Mary Ann Benbow, these are taken from both my maternal and paternal grandmothers. Two wonderful Celtic ladies gave me my roots and a sense of belonging to an ancient race. From them, I inherited my love of Celtic spirituality, and the ability to see and communicate with the gentry or the good people. During my lessons at school, a teacher would often accuse me of being away with the fairies, if only they had known that I often was.
