Is a summary of arrivals and departures for the year, showing the sources from which the Reformatory receives its population, and the various ways in which it disposes of it. Statement 11. Shows the offences for which prisoners have been committed each year since the establishment of the Reformatory. By this it will be seen that per cent. Of the commitments were for offences against the person; per cent. Were for offences against property; and per cent. Were for offences against public order and decency.
