It mainly describes various events in the construction of the new UIBE Library, from the evaluation of the design plan, groundbreaking and construction, public bidding of the glass curtain wall, arrangement of furniture for each room, formulation of the moving plan, assignment of the interior floor plan, to the planned reopening of various departments of the library.In addition, this volume records the restructuring of positions and workloads in some administrative departments, review and revision of bibliographic data, auditing of 405,000 electronic books, evaluation of undergraduate teaching assigned by the university, evaluation of the activities to strengthen and develop the Communist Party of China, and various other important activities and events.
