O manuscrito MS Sloane 2599 também é importante enquanto transcrição realizada pelo próprio Sloane do manuscrito 3189. No entanto, apesar do esforço hercúleo presente nestas transcrições, todas elas contêm erros no que se refere à correta identificação de algumas letras.
