For more than two years, Bill Schmalfeldt has been engaged in what seemed, at times, like a life or death struggle with people that he seems to have FINALLY been able to shake. 367 criminal charges, all dismissed, all filed by a curmudgeonly old man who thought Bill might just have the goods on the old man's mortal enemy.
