Animals In the Clouds: The Portal is a companion book to Britt Warner's experimental album by the same name, released January 21 2025. The music was recorded live for one of Song A Day For A Month's sessions featuring improvised vocal layers. Simultaneously, Warner was painting a bedroom mural, taking photographs, and writing surrealistic diary entries before bed. The book includes bits and pieces of all of the above, a collage of sorts. The book and the album can be experienced together or separately.

Her music has been featured in TV, movies, and promos, and she has released albums under her own name and the moniker October's Child. Warner is also an accomplished painter, carpenter, and horsewoman. She currently lives in Tucson, AZ.
