OverviewANHEDONIA noun Psychiatry Is the inability or a significant reduction in the ability to experience please or enjoyment from activities that were once enjoyable. It can manifest as a lack of interest in previously pleasurable activities, reduced motivation to seek out rewarding experiences, and difficulty experiencing positive emotions. Anhedonia is often associated with mental health conditions like depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder, but it can also be related to substance use disorder, PTSD, and other conditions. Anhedonia is an advanced version of my existence. I've processed and published my first 100 poems into this new book. A journey through the life of someone who was very lost at one point and displayed themselves, grew and accepted it, but still was everything he was before. This time, I try finding some sort of identity within my words. No page numbers this time. We're going to marinate in these poems.
