Andrej Dynko (wei russ.; * 1974 in Brest) ist ein wei russischer Journalist. Von 1997 bis 2000 war Dynko Hochschullehrer an der Staatlichen Belarussischen Universit t. 1999 wurde er Mitarbeiter und ein Jahr sp ter Chefredakteur der ltesten Zeitung Wei russlands, der Nascha Niwa. Von 2002 bis 2004 war Dynko Vize-Pr sident des wei russischen PEN-Zentrums. 2003 wurde Andrej Dynko als erster Nicht-Tscheche von V clav Havel f r seine Arbeit mit dem internationalen B rgerpreis Hanna Ellenbogen ausgezeichnet.
