At age 25, Robert began a career in Property Management where he has continued to work. Robert began writing in 2018, when he created The Multifamily Housing Guide: Leasing 101. The guide gave the essentials to anyone who is looking into starting a career in Multifamily Housing. Since then, Robert has written a five book series, 'Saving History Series' which is a YA historical fiction series. Robert went on the create a new guide for The Multifamily Housing Guide: Assistant Manager 101. Patricia Carpenter has a Masters' Degree in Reading/Language Arts from Florida State University. She grew up in Panama City, Florida, raised her two sons, and began and completed her teaching career. After teaching for 30 years, in every level from Kindergarten to College, she decided to retire. She moved to the eastern coast of Florida to be near family. Since being retired, she has been volunteering in the elementary school where two of her 5 grandchildren attend. She recently began her own editing company, Carpenter Editing Services, LLC, where she got involved with the author, Robert Starnes.
