Uğur �ilingiroğlu received his M.S. in electrical engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1973, and Ph.D. in microelectronics from Southampton University in 1978. He currently holds a faculty position at Yeditepe University. Dr. �ilingiroğlu has authored numerous papers and two previous books.
