Reviews

Rebecca Matson's The Guide to Sensory Integration and Adult Mental Health is a luminous and long-overdue contribution to the field of occupational therapy. With clarity and grace, Matson bridges a critical gap in our understanding of how sensory health underpins mental well-being in adulthood. Her guide offers the reader both a comprehensive framework for practice and a compassionate lens through which to view the lived experiences of those we serve. This book has the potential to reshape the landscape of adult mental health support, and Matson is to be deeply commended for this vital and visionary work. -- Kim Barthel, OTR, Co-Founder of Relationship Matters
