OverviewNo particular religion is herein advocated or set up as archetypal. Although An Invitation to Dialogue between East and West is concerned with four oriental religions, its approach is neither like Schopenhauer's, which took Indian religions as normative, nor Hegel's, which took Christianity as the highest.
