Bhagawad Geetha is the essence of Indian philosophy drawn from ancient scriptures. It consists of 700 verses in 18 chapters. The present effort lists all the verses and provides an easy to understand modern commentary on select verses.

Bala Natarajan born on October 14, 1936, in New Delhi, is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He also has an MBA from Madras University, and a Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India. He has been following Swami Paramarthananda Saraswathi's discourses since the early eighties. Introduction to Bhagawad Geetha is an effort to share what he has learned.
