Author Information

Carla Solomon is an award winning writer of middle-grade mysteries. Her first book in her Sam and Rocky series, A Ghostly Twist, won a 5-star review and bronze medal from Reader's Favorite. She grew up in New Jersey and has since lived in multiple states across the country. Ghost tours are on the top of her list for sightseeing, providing her with the inspiration for her stories. Upon retiring to Vermont, she concentrated on honing the craft of writing by engaging with local writing groups and becoming active in the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. Although she's never met a ghost in person, she knows they're out there and hopes they enjoy her stories. Annie Gangne (cover art) is an aspiring artist from New England. When not doing art, she can be found crocheting, writing, enjoying the company of family and pets, watching old television shows or daydreaming about fictional characters.
