DR. AUGUSTINE YAO DZATHOR is an accomplished academic and practitioner whose career spans more than two decades in university instruction and leadership, with a specialized focus on entrepreneurship. He has steered his institution through three AACSB accreditation reviews, earning recognition for his expertise in assessment and educational quality. Prior to academia, Dr. Dzathor held senior positions in Ghana's public sector. This included Head of Human Resource Development and Head of International Migration Data Management at the Ghana Immigration Service. He also contributed briefly to corporate banking at Ghana's Agriculture Development Bank.His international footprint includes teaching appointments in three countries. While at Africa University in Zimbabwe, he founded the Africa University International Peace Marathon, transforming it into the nation's largest and most lucrative road race between 2000 and 2006. This celebrated event united participants from diverse cultures in a common pursuit of peace through sport, reflecting Dr. Dzathor's enduring commitment to collaboration, global engagement, and positive social impact.
