OverviewEQUITY IN LAND ACQUISITON: What is Equity in land acquisition? Do you think equity in land acquisition is attainable? If equity in land acquistion is attainable, how is it attainable? If equity in land acquisition is not attaianable, what needs to be done to attain it? Attaining equity in land acquisition is a major challenge in Zambia, the Zambian Authority has the desire to attain equity in land acquisition but the land acquisition process does not effectively embrace equity. This study comprises an assessment of the land alienation process to establish if there are contraints or challenges in ataining equity in land acquisition, if there are policy measures to enhance equity, the performance of the land delivery system under state land in attaining equity.
