Author Information

William Stewart is a freelance counsellor, trainer and author based in Hampshire. Since 1992 he has been a distance learning tutor for the Institute of Counselling in Glasgow. Prior to that William spent 20 years in the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) and gained experience both in general and psychiatric nursing in the UK and abroad, and following his training as a psychiatric social worker he established a private counselling practice.
