Denis Fitzpatrick has been writing short stories since the age of 14, in 1986, and has been published regularly for a number of years at The Short Stories Club (shortstoriesclub.com) where he is invariably well received. Writing is very much a joyful obsession for him, an obsession best expressed in the short story form, a small tale containing an immense Universe. He has also been labelled 'Sydney's hippest writer' and 'the hippest of off-beat writers' (independencejones.com), and with good reason.
