Bilingual English/Spanish Amigo, the Cotton Candy Man is a non-fiction narrative based on facts about life in México. This charming story is nothing less than a sweet acknowledgement to all the street vendors in Latin America. Many of them produce their own merchandise at home and walk many kilometers a day to earn some money. Amigo is one of them. Unfortunately, due to socio-economic factors, some of these street vendors make the wrong choices and sadly never reach their goals, but our Amigo is the kind of person who pursues his dreams and works hard to become the best cotton-candy maker in town. Amigo, el Vendedor de Algodones es un relato realista basado en hechos de la vida cotidiana en México. Esta tierna historia es nada menos que una muestra de afecto y reconocimiento a todos los vendedores ambulantes en América Latina; muchos de ellos producen su propia mercancía en sus casas y caminan muchos kilómetros al día para ganarse unas monedas. Amigo es uno de ellos. Desafortunadamente, debido a problemas socio-económicos, algunos toman caminos equivocados y tristemente no logran alcanzar sus metas, pero nuestro Amigo es de los que sigue luchando por sus sueños y trabajando para ser el mejor algodonero de su ciudad.
