Thomas D. Wilson is an author and urban planner with decades of experience in historically and culturally rich cities from Philadelphia to Savannah to Key West. He is the author of three books published by university presses: The Oglethorpe Plan, The Ashley Cooper Plan, and Charleston and Savannah.
