America is not divided... 90% of the American people have accepted Trump as President and went on with their lives. The problem is, the divisive left (10%) has self-proclaimed they represent mainstream America... they don't. The truth is, they're a social embarrassment to 90% of the American people, including the good Democrat. For example, look at the January 2017 Woman's March on Washington. Do you really think they represented the mainstream Woman's Right movement? They were vulgar, rude, and insensitive. That isn't Woman's Rights. Likewise, vulgar angry protestors and obstructionist politicians are not representing the American people or good Democrat. They think they do, but they live in a bubble and they're wrong. America is not divided... we have a small portion of our society that is vulgar, rude and insensitive. That does not make them the majority... that does not make them leaders. -+-+- 2016 Vote Totals -+-+- Donald Trump (Rep) - 306 electoral votes 62.9 million popular votes Hillary Clinton (Dem) - 232 electoral votes 65.8 million popular votes Other candidates combined - 0 electoral votes 7.8 million popular votes Totals - 538 electoral votes 136.5 million popular votes Of which 122.9 million (90%) went on with their lives. They want the protestors to go home and the good Democrat wants the Democratic politicians to work on America's problems instead of their agenda of obstruction and destruction. -+-+- The Good Democrat -+-+- There are many good Democrats, well intentioned, moral and honest, but there is also an devise wing of the Democratic Party. Thus, we must always remember, the divisive left Democrat (obstructionist, protestor, etc.) is not the norm and we judge everyone on an individual basis. Regrettably, the devise wing is in control of the party and I have never seen a group of people so in touch with the 10% and so out of touch with 90% of America. I am hopeful, that the good Democrat will eventually regain control of their party. -+-+- Objective vs. Subjective -+-+- Objective: Decision based on the object... not influenced by one's personal feelings, interpretations, and prejudices (based on fact, unbiased). Subjective: Decisions based on the subject... influenced by one's personal feelings, tastes, opinions, and prejudices (based on feelings, bias). This is the key to understanding the devise wing of the Democratic Party (Hollywood liberal, protestor, etc.) because their actions are subjective. They focus on the person (subject) verses the act (object). For example, Obama can send $1.7 billion to a nation that sponsors terror (Iran)... they act as if that's normal. If Trump deports illegals with criminal records... they cry bloody murder. I know, it makes no sense until you understand... they're subjective. They focus on the person... not the act. It's their subjective behavior that results in the double standard we associate with the Malicious Media and divisive wing of the Democratic Party. Thanks - Steve
