Overview

A modern Odyssey, Ambrosia Istoria is a classics mythology of Dostoevskian length. Lisandro parties in Rome until he is captured for committing a murder. Forced to fight in the Coliseum, on the brink of death he is saved by Hermes who enlists him as an assassin. Lisandro travels to Mount Olympus and completes his mission but ends up imprisoned on the Rock of Prometheus. He escapes with the help of Egyptian Princess Alanatra, they return to Alexandria and start a civil following the death of her father the Pharaoh. Lisandro and Alanatra believe they are unstoppable but when Gods like Aphrodite, Athena and Isis get involved the tides turn. Their faith in each other is finally tested as a shadowy plan emerges to create a new Mediterranean order.
