Author Information

Dr Khong is a practising psychologist, a fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA), and a fellow of the College of Counselling Psychologists of the Australian Psychological Society. She integrates Western and Eastern approaches in her practice, and counsels individuals and families on a range of mental health issues, stress management, work-life balance, and mindful parenting skills. Dr Khong lectures at the Department of Psychology, Macquarie University, Sydney, and was an adjunct fellow at the University (2016-2021).
