Overview

A heartfelt celebration of the unconditional love between a stepparent and their child, written by Stephanie Stansbie and illustrated by Tatiana Kamshilina. All those times . . . dressing up, playing cards, watching films, how I cheered you up when you felt sad. And that beautiful moment, I'll never forget, When I truly felt I was your . . . DAD! This lyrical love letter of a book explores the unique challenges, joys and experiences of becoming a blended family. She adores editing and writing in equal measure and has always worked on illustrated books, where the art is as important as the word. The books she has written have been translated into over 15 different languages. Stephanie lives in Oxford and enjoys yomping about with her family and friends, and playing capoeira. About the Illustrator Tatiana is a Russian illustrator who works all over the world. Despite graduating with a degree in architecture, she discovered that her true passion is illustration. Her main focus is illustrating children's books, and when she is not drawing, she finds joy in gardening, reading, and exploring the woods with her husband and her two funny dogs.
