Always Be With You is a doorway into memories of our loved ones, who sometimes still feel very near, even after they have died. In gentle words and pictures, in so many everyday ways, we can feel them close by. The words came to Dorothy as a song, sung by her mother soon after she made her way into the spirit world. It has brought comfort to her and to others. Recently, she believed it was time to share it in book form.

Dorothy Cresswell is a wife, parent, grandparent, child, and grandchild, and citizen of life, who has experienced many loves and losses.As a parent and kindergarten teacher, she helped many children to say goodbye to pets, classroom hamsters, birds, and even beautiful moths that had landed and died on the playground sidewalk. We contemplated life cycles together and created simple loving farewells.Now in retirement, Dorothy sings with Journey Home, a bedside hospice singing group, and co-leads the Healing Circle Singers, a group that believes that harmonies and singing can bring us peace and strength to face whatever the challenge of the hour may be. Dorothy enjoys reading, singing, playing pickleball, swimming, boating, and making new friends while working to make the world a fair, safe and peaceful place for everyone. She enjoys living in western Massachusetts and in central Florida. She gets surprised every day by something new. Cindy Casey is an independent book editor and publisher, beginning this second career in 2020 after an award-winning 43 years in newspapers, magazines and specialty publications. She graduated from SUNY Morrisville with an associate's degree in Journalism and Syracuse University College with a bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies.Today, Cindy works with authors from around the country. Genres she has handled include memoirs, business and educational nonfiction, mysteries, cozies, science-fiction, children's books and short story collections. As an independent publisher, she provides editing, cover design, interior layout, publishing and marketing services. She is a member of the Florida Authors & Publishers Association and the Independent Book Publishers Association.
