ABOUT THE AUTHOR Patrick Mankhanamba started out as a broadcast journalist in Southeastern Africa, followed by a five-year stint in foreign aid in East Asia, before settling on a career as a publisher in Northwestern Europe. While he is primarily known for his efforts and dedication to render information access to various stakeholder groups in civil society; he has spent the last few years calling for further policy reforms on donor programs for support to civil society, particularly in very poor countries - that they should start paying special attention to the concerns for the plight of underserved Charities at the base of the pyramid. ABOUT THE PUBLISHERS ROCSO PUBLICATIONS LTD is one of UK's emerging companies of 2017 and the new publisher of library reference books such as commentaries and handbooks. Our vision is to assist library services in building a rich collection of resources that ensure long-term preservation and access. All our publications are intended for enabling learning, research and understanding. We mainly publish source materials that are relevant to civil societies. Sometimes our offerings are comprehensive, concerning a defined field of interest groups. At other times, they are selective, dealing with an emerging issue in the sector. But usually, pointing out and revealing clearly what's going on; or serving to instruct and enlighten on what to do; while giving useful information on different scenarios. These usually come in single-volumes of compact sizes that provide concise factual-information, and they are all organised systematically for quick and easy access. The general appearance of our print books is hardback or paperback. But, our digital books are delivered as eBooks. Presently, the source language for all our publications is English. But, this could be translated into any target language, if required.
