Table of ContentsIntroduction to the Application of Nitrides, Carbides, Phosphides and Amorphous Boron Alloys in Catalysis; Preparation Methods for Nitride and Carbide Catalysts; Metal Phosphides and Their Applications in Catalysis; Metal Carbide Catalysts; Metal Nitride Catalysts; Amorphous Boron Alloys and Their Catalytic Behaviour; Alternative Materials for Chemical Looping Applications; Applications of Transition Metal Nitrides as Electrocatalysts; Electrocatalysis with Metal Phosphides; Concluding RemarksReviewsAuthor InformationCurrently, Assistant Professor in heterogenous catalysis in University of Mohamed VI. Benguerir. Morocco Dr. Said Laassiri’s interests are essentially focusing on heterogeneous catalysis and mainly on the investigation of structure-activity dependence in catalytic reactions. Dr. Said Laassiri investigated the role of textural and structural properties (e.g. crystal size, surface area...) of mixed oxides (e.g. perovskites and hexaaluminates) structures as well as their oxygen mobility and redox properties on their catalytic behaviours in catalytic reactions (oxidation reaction, ammonia synthesis, DeNox). In his current position, Dr. S. Laassiri works focus on synthesis and characterisation of metals nitride materials for nitrogen containing component generation. S. Laassiri is currently working in the development of chemical looping processes for hydrogen and ammonia generation. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
