Jeff McDonald enrolled in the EMT Class at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, TX, in January of 1979, and he stayed on to teach skills the following semester. After completing the paramedic course at Tarrant, he became a part-time adjunct faculty member, then full-time instructor. He is now the director of the program. He has worked on ground ambulance in and around Fort Worth since 1979, and spent 9 years as a flight paramedic.
