Almost Love (Edition1st)

Overview

In 'Almost Love', Nuzhat Ismail explores the delicate and often painful space between yearning and reality. With her signature poetic style, she delves into the nuances of unspoken emotions, and the complexity of relationships that hover on the edge of possibility. This collection captures the raw beauty of love that remains just out of reach-the moments where everything is almost perfect, but not quite. Through intimate prose and lyrical expressions, Nuzhat paints a portrait of longing and the quiet moments that define the human experience. 'Almost Love' is a meditation on what it means to love, to wait, and to exist in the fragments of emotions that linger long after the moment has passed.

Author Information

Born and brought up in India, I have always been surrounded by a rich tapestry of culture, tradition, and diversity. Having the privilege to travel I've met people from all walks of life, expanding my understanding of the myriad ways emotions can be felt and expressed across different cultures. I have been writing for more than a decade, but it was only when I realized that the emotions I had been capturing on paper-love, longing, -were not mine alone, but universally felt by people everywhere, that I felt compelled to share my work. Through my poetry, I hope to reach hearts and minds across the globe, reminding us that no matter how different we may seem, our feelings unite us all.
