Not in the same location and definitely not in the same time period. Brief sketches of portions of history during the medieval period, happening mostly in England, beginning at the time the Normans invaded. Includes romance, rape, and murder as well as substantive issues during modern and medieval times, and interspersed with religion. The characters are lifelike, not clones, not robots, but are actually portrayed as real, down-to-the-earth people. The author believes that the reader will enjoy this book if not, then, this author has failed.

Associated with medicine for over fifty years, practiced as a general practitioner, studied many hours in the medieval library of University of Notre Dame, researched and wrote over a period of twenty years in my spare time. Married to my other half for 57 years until cancer separated us, with four children, and fourteen grandchildren.
