Author Information

Breena Holland is an Associate Professor at Lehigh University with a joint appointment in the Department of Political Science and the Environmental Initiative. She holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at the University of Chicago, and both a B.S. from the Department of Environmental Science, Policy, and Management and a B.A. from the Department of Jurisprudence and Social Policy from the University of California at Berkeley. Holland teaches course on Environmental Policy, Environmental Political Theory, and Environmental Justice and is interested in developing theories and methods of analysis that can address the distributional implications of environmental protection.
