OverviewIt's another year of Allisen Zepetto's life, filled with new people to meet, things to do, and important decisions to make. See Allisen's summaries of each month below! (Note: this is the second volume in the Allisen's Notebooks series. The twelve chapters are listed as 'books' 13-24. 'Books' 1-12 can be found in the first volume: Allisen's Notebooks: Sixth Grade with My Crazy Classmates, My Supersmart Sister, and Me.) Book Thirteen: Middle of the School Seventh grade is a lot different than sixth-what with mean teachers, confusing classes, and not a single friend to share it with! How am I going to survive? Book Fourteen: Freaky Friendships I finally have friends! It's great to be part of a group, and my new friends seem pretty cool...but are they really the kind of people I want to hang around with? Book Fifteen: Giving Thanks for Thanksgiving My new friends and I are volunteering at the soup kitchen, which is great...except that all I'm getting to do is wash dishes and clean tables. And is it just me, or does one of my friends have a secret? Book Sixteen: Many Miracles Guess what! I get to play Mary in our church's Christmas pageant! That is...IF I'm not sick and IF we get to have the Christmas pageant at all. Book Seventeen: A Mystery to Solve Grandma's priceless lace pillow has disappeared, and Mirisen, Harrisson and I are going to find out what happened to it. The problem is, all the evidence is pointing to a conclusion I don't like-that it was stolen by one of my friends. Book Eighteen: Happy Hearts Everybody seems to be having issues this month. Mirisen has to decide between Steven and Domacie again, I got a weird card from Jack, Shevea's having family problems, and Kim is acting...strange. Will we be able to sort this all out before Valentine's Day? Book Nineteen: Friends Forever! My friend Lindie is visiting from Maine! No question we'll have a ton of fun together. But apparently, someone else is visiting too. Someone I'll have trouble getting used to. Book Twenty: A Vacation to Remember We're trying to visit Nana and Gramps in Colorado, but everything keeps getting messed up! First our van breaks down, then our flight gets delayed...will we EVER get there? Book Twenty-One: A Time of Change Worst news ever: we're moving. I do NOT want to move. Maybe there's something I can do to prevent the house from being sold... Book Twenty-Two: New To Get Used To A new house, a new neighborhood, new stuff going on with my friends-it's a lot to take in. But it's possible that some changes are for the better. Book Twenty-Three: Easy Money I thought babysitting would be a nice way to earn a little extra cash over the summer. I mean, it can't be that hard to occupy one nine-year old kid and his dog, right? That's what I thought...before I met Matthias Adrondetsky Rechibiaugh. Book Twenty-Four: Pizza Petto/Pete Zepetto Woo hoo! I get to work at Pizza Town for two weeks, as part of a special fundraiser for kids with Down syndrome. But apparently PETE is going to be working there too. Oh, brother.
