What is special about the hiking trilogy is the fact that there is no fixed route, but three main routes that can be combined as desired using connecting paths. The routes tell stories about the landscape and region that prepare you for the respective stages. The meadow walker is aimed at nature-loving pleasure hikers. It is a hiking trail for beginners that uses scenic paths. The stages are relatively long, but also easy to walk. The 397 km long route leads from Marktoberdorf to Eglofs through fields and mixed forest, hills, along lakes and rivers.
