All You Need Is Courage

Overview

All YOU NEED IS COURAGE, is a novel, and it is the story of Adam Bond, as he begin a heroic journey. The time is May to December 1968, a period of immense contrast and change in the UK's social and cultural climate. The enormous growth, and interest, in popular music had arrived, with exciting fresh ideas, and radical, courageous, new thinking. A time that challenged the established norms. Luckily, Adam has the guidance, and support, of Apple Records, and the most influential Band in popular music, The Beatles. All YOU NEED IS Courage's, protagonist is nineteen year old Adam Bond. Adam has a proverbial mountain to climb, as he faces the difficulties and challenges of the booming UK music industry, in the late sixties. Adam stands on the shoulders of giants. He works in London studios with John Paul Jones, Nicky Hopkins and George Harrison. Adam Bond shares stages with Joan Baez, Donovan and The New Yardbirds. He navigates his new reality, as a recording artist, at Apple Records. The tools that are required, are drive, willpower, invention, and graft. ALL YOU NEED IS COURAGE, is the story of a Canadian songwriter who faces his fears, and focuses on the little steps required, each day, to move forward. He finds the courage within, discovering personal growth, fulfilment, and understanding. To find the courage needed, he must remain vulnerable, face the uncertainty, and open his heart to what comes. Inside Apple Records, 3 Saville Row, London, Adam finds a vibrant and supportive community, and maintains an anchor found in the strong, Bond family link, in Vancouver.
