Overview"This book is definitely not written for those who are classified by the United States government as ""retired"" simply because they are over 65 years of age. Age signifies only the number of years one has been on the planet; it has no relevance to the functionality or productivity of the individual. The word ""retirement"" is found nowhere in the Bible, nor should it be. What the Lord asks you and me to do at any particular stage of life has nothing to do with age. Rather, what I do is a function of relevance, competency, and will. Those in the government who assign applicability only by age do a disservice to us all. Much harm is generated when governments or their representatives predetermine how we must live or what we should ""act like,"" especially when age is the only criteria. The title of this book is All-In or Nothing Beyond Retirement. I purposely did not choose the phrase ""after retirement."" Beyond is a much broader term, indicating not years alone; rather it deals with the beliefs, perspectives, and encompassing realities of health, nutrition, wellness and longevity, regardless of age. I am not redefining the word ""retirement"" here. I am saying, however, that this book is written for anyone likely over 50 years of age who wishes to: 1. Improve his/her health now and in the future 2. Become responsible for personal health and healthcare, as well as that of their immediate family 3. Create improved life habits more in line with his/her perspective of life 4. Live longer and happier 5. Earnestly desire to permanently change his/her outlook on life, no matter how long life lasts I invite and encourage you to read carefully, thoroughly, and with intent. Become even more open to new, fresh, and innovative ideas, improved habits, altered life practices where needed, drawing closer to God throughout the entire process. Life change is definitely not ""change just for the sake of change."" What you will read is renewal of life with new reasons for living better. The time is now; the book is in your hands. This read is an adventure into living perspectives and health-truth. Become All-In or Nothing. You are Beyond Retirement!"
