Jerome (Jerry) Pierce Jr. is CEO of The Interamerica Group (TIG), a top management consulting and government relations firm with offices in Washington D.C., San Juan, and São Paulo. A highly respected project developer, Mr. Pierce is known for his expertise in U.S. federally funded projects from his time as Assistant Secretary at HUD. He advises U.S. companies on entering Latin American and Caribbean markets and has helped bring millions in aid to Puerto Rico. He previously served as CEO of Interamerica Global in Brazil and is a Board Member of the Hispanic 100 Foundation. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and has published hundreds of articles and vlogs. Mr. Pierce also served as Deputy Mayor of Jersey City and as Acting Assistant Secretary of Administration at HUD under President George Bush, where he managed budget, IT, finance, and procurement. He held executive roles with Mobil Oil and Unocal Chemicals, focusing on business development and exports to Latin America. He began his career as a Christian missionary in Central America. A Dartmouth College graduate and football captain, he is the school's all-time leading tackler and a recipient of the Swede Nelson Award. He completed graduate studies at American University and received the UN's Golden Rule International Award and induction into the East Orange, NJ Hall of Fame.
