Alien Memos documents all the major meteor impact events that have occurred since 1992, events clearly executed by an intelligent extraterrestrial agency. The book examines these events in terms of their amazing and unlikely details and unprecedented nature to reveal the communications inherent in them. Although NASA has scoffed at the author's conclusion concerning these events, the author proves the veracity of his thesis by showing how the events in question are related in terms of style and substance, and why NASA was responsible for them. In the second half of the book, Thomas Hackney discusses the political and historical implications of the extraterrestrial disclosure, and why the communications were purposefully made plausibly deniable rather than 100% scientifically conclusive.
