Author Information

The author spent thirty years as a professional photographer, in commercial photography, sports, events, modeling portfolios and fine art. He also taught black and white photographer in Eugene, Oregon, classroom and privately, including courses on basic photography, as well as advanced study on controls of the negative, photo chemistry and printing techniques. This book is a compilation of those courses of study. The author also owned and operated a photo gallery in Eugene, Oregon, representing fine art photographers of that region. The gallery exhibited Silver Gelatin, Platinum, Salted Silver, and Gum Dichromate prints, as well as sculptures and wall hangings.
