Overview

The year is 1900, and newly crowned US Open Champion, Harry Vardon makes his way to Denver, Colorado. While he works promoting the game of golf, he also aims to bring slasher Jack the Ripper to justice. Scott N. Gardner is a Third Generation native of Colorado. He grew up in Lakewood Colorado, where his father John Reed Gardner II, a member of the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame, introduced him to golf at Lakewood Country Club. Gardner is also a contributing writer to Avid Golfer Magazine.
