Overview

This volume, Air Force Pamphlet AFPAM 10-219 Volume 3 Civil Engineer Contingency Response and Recovery Operations 7 May 2015, provides information and guidance for the execution of civil engineer (CE) contingency recovery activities. It describes procedures for a rapid transition from routine, day- to-day operations to an emergency response posture.
